Level 1/Beginners: Level 1 will cover the history of yoga, breathing to reduce anxiety, foundation poses, and meditation. Discover a moving meditation that improves flexibility and strength, relieves physical muscle tension and pain, and reduces stress by producing awareness in the mind and body. Perfect class for an individual new to yoga.
Level 2: Level 2 is designed for an individual that has been practicing yoga and is familiar with the asanas. This moving meditation is blended with the philosophy of yoga allowing for a deeper meaning to your practice. Level 3: Level 3 is designed for individuals that have been practicing yoga for awhile and have mastered poses. Restorative: Gentle yoga, perfect for injury recovery. Yin Yoga: Slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time Intro to Wall Yoga: Intro to Wall Workshop is an introduction to safe Wall Yoga practice. In class, individuals will engage in asanas for flexibility and the proper alignment of poses. This workshop will give guidance to those on whether the benefits of Wall Yoga is right for their practice. Wall Yoga 2: Client must have completed Intro to Wall Yoga Sessions. Candlelight Yoga: Moon salutations, candles surrounding the room, soothing essential oils diffusing. Prenatal/Postpartum: Gentle yoga for pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Prepares mother for labor through breathing and mind body connection; helps mother recover and refresh through gentle poses and relaxation. |
